From Lichtenberg, the train heads north to Karower Kreuz and from there towards the city centre, along the S-Bahn tracks. The train travels through the urban landscape to near Ostkreuz and then crosses the
Rummelsburg ICE stabling station. Arriving in Köpenick, the steam locomotive rolls to the other end of the train and returns to Lichtenberg and thus to the destination of the short trip.
This round trip is ideal for families with children, but also for railway enthusiasts.
